The synergies between promotional staff and a brand can make or break a campaign.

This is however in their best interests, as one of our search criteria is based on an active, current profile and good photo imagery representation. Our system is easy to use with each staff member having a personal log in which they can edit their own profile and keep the information updated.

In addition to this, our staff are graded on an activity basis, meaning that we can keep track of our “A” list performers and ensure that the right people are representing our clients, which is directly driven by their experience and recent campaign involvement.

To maintain these standards and to ensure we are working with the best people in the industry we implement stringent face to face casting sessions, where we strategically select staff with the right credentials to work for specific clients.  This ensures a brand match from the word go. This information goes on to be recorded on our database so that when we are casting for an individual project, we are immediately able to identify the right team based on their database record and staff profile.
